Yest. i went to the library to borrow some books ya..... all on fitness de.. haHA... abit mad rite... then wake up and read up on them...

supposingly to go for some pilates classes... but was busy watchin asian games the previous nite.... japan lost to china in women beach volleyball gold medal match... haix...
anyway i went to the 3pm des kb.... wooo.... as usual... had a talk with her after the class... haha.. we were talkin abt body combat sia... hahA... abit mad rite... then she discovered my injuries ah.... oops....

then went over to woodlands for kb and stretchfit.. i am pretty high today.. i dunoe why... perhaps she brightens my nite bah... haHA... was kinda surprised by someone.. cheryl.. one of my fav amore instructor.. passed me a birthday gift.. erh... tinkin i had known her for less than 6 mths.. and we were almost like close amore friends bah... in my own context.. always had the same mindset and interest... always enjoy chatting with her..

oh yah.. btw i jz gt a new phone.. sony ericsson.. k800i... waited so long for the fone.. and now my house gt 3 sets of this fone.. me, my bro and my sis.. haha... and i only paid $48 after i trade it in.... great deal rite? when my sis paid $348 when she signed at a month ago....

This sat is rena's birthday... lookinn forward indeed.. i haben get her gift and the purple stuff... oops.... mz hurry le....
