Its been a week since i last blog ah.. ahem... what had happened so far... so far so good ah... went to nus for the 1st official visit for the QET exam.. the lamest thing so far ah.. dunoe what am i doing...topic on global warming... nvm.. jz tried my best....

over the wkend i am just working..work work work... tried my best to sell ah... sales wasnt very good ah... partly is due to my tiredness ah... dunoe what happened...

then followed up wkdays.... went back for classes as usual..then go to nus another time for medical check up...ahem...ahem..need to return back again... argh!!!! sianz....

today is thursday..had a fun time with feifei at sentosa for a short sun-tan session ah... hahHA..real fun.. din get too dark..but still gt tanned a little ah... then go back NP for tkd... juz did my koryo pattern... ahem... now mz do it for the martial arts night le..mz perform..haben enter then mz perform le..ahem... wat the!!!!

today blogger siao siao de.... cant let me log in...

today i am a real sotong...i got mixed up by the timing of my classes..end up i am 20mins late...then lucky no need make reservation..if not penalized le.. then i slipped into the kickboxing class.... cuz last wk i too late then make reservation... then today best loh...change the whole steps..everything changed... pengz... coordination problem alot..but lucky ah..managed to catch up everything...

then was pilates le.... today performance nt bad ah... managed to do most of the moves.. mayb is after an intensive class...i can stretch better... but still got some flaws...need more improvement...

SOme sad news... my favourite instructor conducting his last class at nxt wk..he was telling all of us..dunoe he got what plan ah.. then another instructor taking over..more xiong de..cuz he goes into martial arts kind de... bless me de leh...

Got sad news also got good news ah... was on the way down fro JP to boon lay mrt... hahA... the instructor approach me while i am playing with my phone..had a long chat with him till JE..and discover that he is an ex-tkd de... jz tat he gt no belt... but but... he trained on sparring..from philippines de...ahem... if i spar with him..i will be the 1st to die...cuz he is too flex..and too fast in action... ahem...
but if got chance...i do hope to spar with him once...when the legs r itchy ah....

anyway now i feeling better le.... tmr lesser classes... thurs always a rest day for me.... fri QET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

erm..these few days my legs dun feel rite...not feng shi..... jz dunoe why..feel numb and pain here n there... and muscles do abit of ache..for those who ache after training...an advice to yall... drink more plain water to replenish back the fluid... it really helps...

a couple of days back while boarding the train... someone spoke over the communication system... didnt hear properly what happen... and the train stopped for a while at jurong east station.. and i looked out..and saw a plump lady had fainted... looked at late 20s... maybe too early haben eat breakfast so fainted bah... but something really impressed me is the service by SMRT...cuz the person only spoke over the communication system in less than 30 seconds... then got a couple of station staff appeared at the platform immediately when the train stopped at JE...and their service was real good.. assistance was called on immediately... and they really reacted... Looks like as singaporean...we still stood high in our service in certain areas...

That day i was thinkin back... is there really a need for us to create a campaign telling us to smile..isnt smiling supposed to be part of our daily life.... Why do we have to wait till "big-shot " people coming to singapore then we remind ourselves to smile when we serve them... we have to do these everyday..it brightens other people days and also our days too... so keep smiling ah...

This fri is the QET le...hopefully hopefully i will do well..no preparation..jz go in and do with a relaxed mind... = )

So surprising over the wkend.... the workplace that i am working in rite... our "ah gong" suddenly called me to the counter... he had never done this before ah... so i thought he going to ask me how many i sell.... wasnt much for this wk as i am too tired.... so was trembling a little when i go over... lucky he din ask me how many i sell...yet he told me he gt an old model of my brand not yet sold..ask me to help him to sell... phew... surprised that he called me to the counter...surprised that he told me that... ahem...

was so tired over the wkend... dunoe why...think i old le lah...hahA... spoken to donald on sunday... ahh...nothing much in comment..cuz jz awaiting for classes... every wkend chiong here n there... nt tired also fake.... hahA...

Nothing much happening recently...jz that today i tried another new instructor.. called cheryl... abit siao siao de...keep luffin and trying new things... but she is a great motivator ah... great job ah... hahA... then do some training here n there...

was hungry.ate quite a lot ah today.... erm...tmr mz work again..ahem.... sianx.... school starting...hw hw hw...

fri got the stupid QET test/exam...wonder hw i fare..my english is like shit...

I felt so moody..out so sudden... dunoe what is wrong with me ah... haix.. am i over doing something... am i siao liao...or what am i up to..i got no idea.. recently attending classes had been my routine for everyday.. yet today is thursday..i jz dun feel like going anywhere... i seem to just want to stay at home and rot.. or mayb i should jz go swimming.. dun tink so lah... haix..

nothin to post...nothin to comment... Not looking forward to a new day to come by... haix... i felt so sianz and moody....

I felt so tired at today... where do i go today... went to ocbc bank with my mum to settle my uni school fees loan...finally ah...tis sat last day...oops..then went over to parkway parade...my wkend office to settle some stuffs...same time gt my pay...may cum PC show pay..ahem...quite a big figure..hahA... cannot reveal but its a 4 figure number...hehE....

then go over to park mall for classes...ahem..today startin part was quite energetic...hahA..i din forget steps..then someone also been lOOking at me..ahem..its a ger ah... bth... then go PS walk walk..then return back for another class... its that chris...tat time i wasnt happy in his class...cuz i dunoe wat he teachin...tink he dun suit to teach wols classes...

then was damn tired....

anyway i gt a new capri pants with belt...haHA...been eyeing for one...since my sis cant get it from me at bangkok...i jz buy it on my own..cost me $25..ahem.... lalA..thats all...tmr another day to cum....

A sad sunday morning where the sky is dark... went for my class b4 goin to sim lim for work.... was happy that i can finally remember the new steps...despite abit of flaw again..haha...cannot blame tis sotong lah...

anyway raining raining...i thought i was goin to create a record again by selling the least number of lcd...but but phew.... i did indeed create a record...but nt for me...for my fren from another brand.... did a thrashing score of 13 to 2.... mz be happy indeed.... and also i saw 2 pple today... quite surprising sia...

a sun and it ends it up with the world cup where italy won on penalties by 5-3... it was a hilarious match where u saw 2 strong teams, extra time, red card and penalties kicking... The part i felt sad was when Zidane went to use his head to bum onto his opponent's chest.... guess he mz be too fired up le....

Now world cup had ended...i do hope my sales will increase increase and increase...if not no money le ah....sad sad sad le wor.... my ai ren steph gt chicken pox...think its very painful..esp. 20 yrs old getting it... hope she recover fast and we will go our medical check up.....kk.... that's all...tmr goin class and office again....

erm.... i had just been tinkin again..which path to do in my future life...fitness instructor....ahem... sounds cool...but can i....i dunoe...today was so tiring...woke up here pain there pain..but still went for my clas.... carmela...cool instructor... then kick, punch.... like this like that... then went to work le....

sold 11 units today..quite satisfied in fact...jialat....my sense of working is no longer there... jz drag myself go work nia... ahem..nt a gd sign....

tmr another class of lesson..i seeing the same instructor for the 6th time in 7 days... wat will his comment be...or should i not go.... lala.... i feeling so sick man... sianz...

erm...suddenly i miss them so much..haHA... qy and benedict... they went NS le..respectively on thurs n fri....erm... suddenly my life been stopped by the two of them...no one there to ka jiao me and chat le..hahA..say until like they wun cum out like tat....

ahem..anyway nothin much to blog...was at sim lim today..doin up display...then rushin for lesson..ahem... sounds like this wk i had seen this instructor for 5 times in 5 days..and tis sunday another time... scary rite...when there r so many instructors...but cant blame ah... cuz he replace other instructors which happen to be the class that i am attending..if nt we wun have bumped into one another so many times.... nvm....

dun really feel happy leh... i dunoe wassup with me... been tinkin n tinkin... and ah... hw i wish school starts... or never starts.... cuz i wanna have a new circle of frenz... and i wanna keep training..i had a strong feeling..my passion to learn fitness is getting stronger...tat i seem to be aimin to be a fitness instructor.. hw sia... where should i heed...i gt no idea... haix...

Erm..basically today not much things happen...morning wake up pretty early..didnt had any area to go..so went over to amore for some classes.. erm... was UP for Pilatea and High-Low classes... under the same instructor..donald...ahem... abit kanna suan by him... say mz try out all sorts of other classes...today can sense he wasnt feeling gd...i guess i know why... cuz 1 lady said him teach too fast during class...but i tink the lady abit siao also...she keep talkin to herself...!!!... scary....

Then went over to parkway.... argh.... they were nt around...then i went shopping.... bought some stuffs... waste money...indeed parkway makes me spend money...

glad tat i managed to stay out for the entire class... without resting and panting... but ah..sad news..gt abit of slight loose knee cap occurrence.. mz be careful le...

tmr gt to return back to office again...to get my pay...ahem... hope all things turn well.....

Suddenly i jz feel like writing this post... recently my downstairs shop uncle wasnt feeling ok...today he came back and clear up the store...he is winding up his biz and resting le... erm..and he grow so much thinner in 2 wks... see le..feel so pitiful for him and his family...

Anyway drop the sad news..talk abt something funni... as usual went for my classes at amore..today park mall...while waiting.. the instructor was talkin to me..for the 1st time... nah... he is a malay but real friendly ah... so dun drift too far of ur thinking... ooh yah..went for kickboxing...

then there was a small kid present waitin for his mum..can sense his impatience..and he begin counting.. 1 sec, 2 sec, 3 sec...and he counted till 120 sec, then finally his mum is out... Both the instructor and me were luffin... and seeing the kid indeed can count...

At the class..today abit blur and sotong... either do too fast...or pple cause me gabra... then miss out the steps...worst still i stand in front and center,..so when i do wrong, behind pple all follow wrongly...oops... guess the instructor trusted me too much...i been there only less than 2 wks...and under him is less than 5 lessons.... when he goes to the back and see the beginners... hahA...i lost out the trust tat he held...by guiding the rest wrongly...oops...

But but it was indeed a fun and loving lesson..if gt chance...perhaps i should consider of becoming a fitness instructor... mayb at amore too... and drop my idea of signing on with the navy or police... but can earn money to keep a living mah...i dunoe... but 1st 1st...i aiming for my six-pac.... hopefully hopefully... i can get it by end of this yr... nt too greedy rite...

Hehe..this entry specially dedicated to benedict and qy..haha...my best tkd buddies... always there for me..and not forgetting...feifei... who will always be there for me too..thanks thanks... had a fun time with them...since no more tkd... do miss them as well.... hahA... hope they enter ns...had a fun time...and keep in contact...= )
