Had two networking sessions in a saturday....

but before that... let me recap... went for carmela's kickboxing in the morning.. not a very smooth session.... right at the start of the class, i pulled my right knee cap... limping.. but endure it throughout... majority of the students saw that i was injured le ah... but i jz tahan lah... even the instructor asked me after class... so its quite a serious case, in btw. Anyway i stayed on for another class.. becoz of my buddy.... linda.... she knows she knows....

then i rushed off for the BA alumni thing.. seriously i dun feel like going lah..... not bcos its a useless thing.... its bcos after being flown aeroplane... made me so fed up and pissed off lah.... anyway... at the start of the event, i looked just like an idiot.. no one that i know lah.... i jz stood at the corner.... thanks to mrs koh for cumin forward to say HI.... sparing me of the embarassement of isolation... she intro me to 2 seniors.... 3 batches earlier than me..... had a small talk with them... then was alone again.... they went to look for their frenz... finally after a long time, i saw someone whom i know.. eliase.... she was accompanying me throughout....

We met someone... ms wong... yup.. the ief tutor... wooo.... one of the very few times that i get to talk to her in a calmly manner..... haha.. last time too much pressure le... we were discussing econs things again....thanks god that we enter nus earlier... understand that NUS wants NP to teach their students some statistics calculus in BS... then they will implement them in nxt year NUS intake.... phew.. we had escape..... then i saw my tkd mates.. some of them... cuiling, jia ai, simon, lawrence.... and many others..... then went for the focus group.. erh... looks like i am a patronizer of focus group.... Do i have the look?? ahem....

then event ends abt 4.40pm ah... heads to lakeside to meet paul... my 933 irc mates... wooh.... these are my outsie circle frenz.... known them for more than 6 years.... knowing them is a miracle.. they helped me when i am in my doom days in 2000 when a big setback lands heavily on me.... they were there for me... they celebrated my birthday for me.. which is so unforgettable with the soft drinks spray and toothpaste..... and its been like 2 yrs since all of us met up...

A good session, i would describe... a bbq chalet session at pasir ris costa sans resort... ooh....some r supervisors, some r managers... some set up their own biz and some r further studying... cool.. so great to bring all of us back... haHA.. all thanks to the facilitor, Ken. Thinks he is the best person in getting all of us together.... we chat and talk... i tink my time was busy chatting with 2 guys... erh.. dun be mistaken... though i hadnt seen them for 2 yrs... 1 of them is paul... talkin abt backpack travel and many other stuffs.. another one was kelvin... ooh... he is a member fro california... cool... shared alot of fitness experience with him ah.... then hor.... we were discussin abt combat, kickboxing and martial arts again... erm.. tink ken's fren was mistaken that we were so enthu into martial arts.. where the main focus was on fitness lah.... but nvm... tinks its a great exposure to know wat other clubs r offering their classes....

then we were there from 6pm to 1am plus...... and paul sends me back home lah... if nt i gotta spend alot of money on cab ah....thanks...took some fotos for memory lah....

kk... in conclusion, i had enjoyed myself so so so much in these 2 sessions... esp. the bbq.... had a real fun time catchin up with these long lost frenzs..... hoping to catch back again.. wonder when is the next time we will meet up again..ahem... a year? two years? or? i dunoe.. hopefully its a short one....
