erm..todai main event of the day...tkd bah...first time i am so badly bruised till i am so called paralyzed on my left side.....huimin ah...u chicken pox also dun like tat ah....u ill..then i also bad....let me tell u wat bruises bah...

first one from the head:
head: got a head level turning kick by joyce on my left side of my head, despite head level was said not allowed by derrick..then sianz..lucky head quite hard..can tahan...

left hand: swollen n fat like chicken drumlet..tink by joyce also....it was fat n swollen... after sparring..then it take some time before i can bend it..then need ice to cool it down...

left shin n instep: dunoe who kick ah...swollen as well..all my hump cum out...

last but not least, first match spar wif my tkd gf, wei juan...tio a super low blow...tink i wanted to do a switch leg turning kick, did abit of jump...guess wat....tio super hard low blow....haix...

todai realli veri suai..but one good thing is....managed to do chil jung with them...n the part finally can do le....okok..i am veri tired..tomolo got presentation...semi haf formal...so long sleeve shirt wif jeans....okok..8am class...buai...nitey...
